How do I add a website?
Go to Websites → Add New Website, enter your domain, and choose a template. SSL is enabled automatically.
How do I point my domain to this server?
Add an A Record at your domain registrar pointing to our server IP. You'll find the IP in the domain registration page.
How do I create a database?
Go to Databases → Create Database. The database name gets a prefix based on your username. Save the credentials shown after creation.
How do I set up email?
Go to Email Accounts → Create Account. Select your domain, choose a username, and set a password. Access via webmail or email client.
How do I enable SSL?
SSL is auto-enabled for new domains. To enable on existing domains, go to SSL Certificates and click Issue SSL. Certificates auto-renew.
How do I generate a backup?
Go to Backups → Generate Backup, or ask the AI Assistant to "generate a backup". Backups can be restored with one click.
How does the AI Assistant work?
Click the robot icon (bottom-right) on any hosting page. Type what you want — create sites, databases, email, enable SSL, scan security, clone sites, and more.
Can I install WordPress or Laravel?
Yes! When adding a website, select a template (WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, or Static HTML). It installs automatically with your domain.
How do I manage DNS records?
Go to DNS Manager, select your domain, and add/edit A, CNAME, MX, TXT records. Changes propagate within minutes to hours.
How do I scan my site for malware?
Go to Security → Scan Site, or ask the AI Assistant to "scan my site". ClamAV checks all files and reports threats.
Can I clone my website?
Yes! Ask the AI Assistant to "clone my site" or use the Staging feature. It creates an exact copy at staging.yourdomain.com.
How do I enable CDN?
Go to CDN settings or ask the AI Assistant to "enable CDN". We use Cloudflare to accelerate your site globally.
How do I migrate a site from another host?
Use the Migration page to provide your old server details. Our AI Migration Assistant handles file transfer, database import, and configuration.
What PHP versions are supported?
PHP 7.4, 8.3, and 8.5 are available. You can switch per website in the Websites section.
How do I access phpMyAdmin?
Go to phpMyAdmin from the Databases page or visit /phpmyadmin. Log in with your database credentials.
How do I access webmail?
Visit /webmail or click the webmail link in Email Accounts. Log in with your full email address and password.
What happens if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you can't access your email, contact support via the Open Desk button above.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Click the crown icon in the sidebar to view available upgrades. Purchasing a higher plan unlocks more features automatically.
